As the coronavirus crisis took hold in March 2020, it was vital that the Stroke Association let people know what action it was taking to protect lives.

The key message was reassurance. Firstly, letting supporters know that the charity was adapting its services to help everyone affected by stroke. Secondly, ensuring stroke survivors and their families knew about the many different ways they could still get support. An opportunity to send a message of support to stroke survivors also reinforced the message of solidarity.

We produced a clear, impactful direct mail pack in super-quick-time. In fact, from briefing to mailing, the entire process took just 21 days.
